  1. I agree that this is exactly what is needed. For many many reasons people learn on different levels. This is what I used to advocate in the schools for kids, they needed “other” ways to learn than the standard- verbal testing instead of written, removing distractions, when overwhelmed having the student read half a page at a time instead of the whole page, using clear yellow tinted pages to go over pages of a book for easier reading, taping classes, one on one when a concept is not understood – whether it is verbal, written, video, whatever works. I know it is a LOT of work for the schools BUT these are our kids that we send to school to learn, the schools need to teach them how they learn the best. Just MHO.
